White on gray at the top is a little annoying, and if possible you'd want to nix the border on the select box. Also most people don't know that they can use ctrl/shift to select multiple items, and you might want them to know that.

My first thought was "$3.99 is a good price - Is that for MS-based servers? how many domains can I park on that space for $3.99?" I didn't read every word, but at a first glance I couldn't find the answer to either of those questions.

I like the design though. It reminds me of a gaming site (xbox, ps2, etc).
