I think you should have more original content on the homepage. With the main content being links to other places people will often get lost in those pages and never see yours again.
Overall looks are good, but do take the advice of the previous posters, think thier suggestions will give your site a more professional look.

On the what is LinknRank page the text 0 pixels from the cell border doesn't look right. I'd set the text a few pixes away from the line. There's also a typo on that page. "SOCIAL NETWOEKING"

I noticed that the font for the footer copyright is unlike the rest of your site. Looks a bit funky. Same goes for your "What is Linknrate page". Your bullets don't load on that page either in firefox. In your Apply for rank and review your padding needs to be increased the text is right on top of the outline. Your header titles on that page are redundant. Looks silly. Your menu on the right looks weird too. Hey good placement of ads. I did read that making your ads a different color than the rest of your site increases clickthrus but others say make it blend it and it will increase your clickthroughs too. I personally like them blended in. Good looking site.

BTW, the mods are going to want you to review some other sites and with good reason. This is a great place to hangout. I've been a member here for the last two months and I really make this a place to visit everytime i fire up my web browser. A must stop by and contribute daily type of site. A site of your caliber you'll be able to offer great opinions and suggestions to other forum members.
