Google Ultrixhosting. It is quite interesting. Then head over to WebHostingTalk and read some of those threads. Advice would to be to get away from them as quickly as possible after backing up your site and probably deleting all of your files so they couldn't be resold.

Hi, sadly I once was hosted from ultrix. They were down at least 3 times every week. We requested that we get our money back but instead they held our site for randsom! So I advise, LEAVE THAT PLACE!! Oh, and its run by a 14 year old useing his dads credit card.

a bit of a update...... i read a bit more about them on another forums..... seems like there is trouble in paradise...... i dont know if i can post the link for it here.... but you really should start looknig for another host and draw up a plan to get your money back.........

unfortunately it seems your site is still down, so is the case with ultrixhosting site.. maybe they are experiencing some kind of hack-attack... my advice wud be to get ur money and start looking for another host...
