Google ads? What's wrong with them. I don't think your viewing a lot of the internet if you close a page that has ads on it. It's the way of the world. Hosting and especially bandwith aren't free. Cost have to be offset somehow.

I checked your site and it loads slowly with DSL. After it was loaded it changed pages fairly easily until I tried the links at the bottom to add a link on a couple of pages. One thing that I definately do not like are the Google Ads on the screen. This is a personal preference I suppose. I generally close a site that has Google ads on it because sometimes they are hidden right in the middle of content.
