I concur with Troy on this one, either: Outsource, employ someone, go on a server-side programming course, buy a book and read it...Fast.

Sorry to put your options into such stark terms, however these seem to be the way forward.

Btw: Turn-key doesn't exist, it's part of the bullsh*t dictionary middle-management invented to make themselves sound more important than they actually are.

If your skills can't support the intergration of the services you need maybe you should outsource them to a company that can help you.

My server (hosted) apparently does have php and mysqy (not sure what they are, however), but unfortunately, I know nothing about this stuff. I got a script from HotScripts and tried to install in the cgi without much help and got into big trouble w/my hosting service--way over my head technically. We finally bought a script w/reasonably good support, but the script keeps breaking down and our 1,200 subscribers have neen screaming at us. What we need is a robust, turn-key 3rd party website to handle all our username/password needs. While we have access to our hosted server, I have no technical capability to maintain these scripts. Anyone know about such a 3rd party site that can handle this for us? We will need to tie the usernames/passwords to a data file that gets uploaded from our payment processor so we can track expirations, etc. The email addresses also get appended to an email alert list.

Thanks,
-Pat

Does the server have php and mysql? If so, I would recommend using that. Dynamic scripting and a database is really the best way to go with your requirements.

Did you look through HotScripts.com yet? How about Resourceindex.com? Search google? It's out there!
