    <description> &lt;p&gt;I don&#039;t know if you&#039;ve misunderstood me or if I&#039;ve confused you - but I am not actually after a shopping cart system.  I have one already - and instead, I&#039;d like to make some sort of program that can be used to update the shopping cart system offline...and in multiple places.  I say make, but if there is one that is good enough, then buying it would be an option.&lt;/p&gt;
