    <description> &lt;p&gt;I&#039;m not too worried, but I do realize that there &lt;em&gt;may&lt;/em&gt; be some legal issues.  I did a bit of research, and I file the donations as gifts, which are not taxed up to around 20,000 dollars if memory serves.  There are plenty of sites with similar content, so that&#039;s another reason not to be concerned.  Thanks for the heads up though!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m sorry that this is completely off-topic but I just visited the website in your signature.  It doesn&#039;t bother me one bit but just FYI, there was a case a few years back of a kid doing pretty much exactly what you&#039;re doing.   He was asking for voluntary donations from strangers to raise money for college and he was arrested and charged with pan-handling.  Have fun with it but just something to think about.&lt;/p&gt;
