If you're just trying to make sure the background around your content and nav is white try this...

Add in your css:

#outsideContainer
{
	width: 752px;
	margin: 0px auto 0px auto;
	background: #fff;
}

.clear
{
	margin: 0;
	padding: 0;
	width: 0px;
	height: 0px;
	clear: both;
}

Add in your html code right before
<div class="clear"> </div>'

Hopefully that should get it for you.
