    <description> &lt;p&gt;you can disable using nobody in your cpanel or whm options in &quot;tweak settings&quot;. the only disadvantage of htis is that NO php scripts will be able to send email = what Ive done is limit the outgoing number of emails per hour per domain to 500. you can even do less,&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;but i dont think you should do free hosting with php but somewhere there is a way to stop anoymous users emailing try google&lt;/p&gt;
