Nice design, but I can not say not content because of language. I would recommend a link to change language to the users' language.

It's very difficult to review a site when it's not in English I'm afraid. The main layout is good, but it looks a bit like a web monster template! I like the logo at the top left, consider decreasing the font size slightly though. Nice colour schemes but again, these are similar to ones adopted by templatemonster.com. Can you go into a little more detail about your site ?
