&lt;p&gt;The best way to achieve what you want is to have two nameservers registered with the registrar. These servers should only handle DNS requests and route traffic to the appropriate webserver.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So really you should be using four servers for the best setup.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Why are you setting up separate nameservers for each machine? It looks like you&#039;re trying to set up round-robin dns? I&#039;m not sure what you&#039;re trying to achieve.&lt;/p&gt;
