    <description> &lt;p&gt;There is no downtime.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you had your files on a server, keep that account until the DNS points to the new one.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Step 1:  Make sure your old server works&lt;br /&gt;
Step 2:  Change the DNS&lt;br /&gt;
Step 3:  Verify in 24/48hrs that it switched&lt;br /&gt;
Step 4:  Remove your old account from the unused server&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Follow that, and you have no downtime at all&lt;/p&gt;
