    <description> &lt;p&gt;Two things to check:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) Monitor Calibration - You&#039;ll find the Adobe Gamma utility in your control panel (PC)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) Check what color profile is being assigned to your images. For web display you should be using the sRGBwhatever (short memory I never can remember the rest of that...)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I once darkened my monitor without realizing that my images were being affected. Everyone else was seeing them too dark.&lt;/p&gt;
