not really. i have been checking my logs and i rarely get one page view, most of the visitiors continue to at least 3-4 other pages

Con: I agree with Dragon. It looks pretty much like a placeholder web ad link site.

Also like what was said earlier, make the search box a color inbetween the main blue and white.

Pro: The thing that keeps it from completely going in that direction is the color usage / sparse layout. I like those. But it still just reminds me instantly of an ad site and I typically close the browser on those without giving them a second thought.

I'm not 100% on how this would look, but how about an intro short paragraph near the top that catches the eye before ad site-ness does. Worth a try. I'm just afraid that most people who see your site will instantly click away from it because of its similar appearance to a placeholder.

Like D-of-Ice said, it looks like one of those pages you get when you mispelled a domain name. The menu on the right should be smaller, like 150px, and the font should be a little bit smaller. You need to put more categories in the main directory it looks too empty.

It looks a little bit like those spam search engines that are always placeholders for sites in development. I would also use a square button with a blue background for your go search engine button.

I get "Please enter the keyword at least 3 characters." no matter what I type in for search.

I don't get whats up with the cow folders? You could line them up, and I think it would look better.

When I go into the folders, the line that seperates menu from content doesn't line up with the edge of the bottom header bar.

yup..looks great,but try to change the color of the serach engine box with a different color than the title,also your "GO" button should go a little bit down..everything else looks good,i salute you
