Hmm - well, it does really remind you of hotornot.com - I suppose that there is room for another site like that.

However, what makes you different than the rest, other than the fact that you developed your own system?

I think the logo could use a little work - the colors don't quite match. But other than that, the site is actually quite interesting. A lot of good pictures.

Pros:

The two biggest pros are things which happen to be impossible to implement in my own website, unfortunatly:

-The menubar at the top is awesome.
-Jumps straight into the action. No series of antechambers before the main webpage.

Cons:

On my browser about about 25% of the right screen is empty. Not too much of a bad thing, I know sparse is better than cluttered. Just creates an empty feeling. If you could find a way to fill that with something that isn't distracting to people with wider browser windows that would be an improvement. Not a big problem though. Maybe even just centering the whole thing would do the trick.

Another small thing. When you click on the search menubar item it gives you the same message as if you had searched with nothing in the text field. Again not a big deal.

Over all it looks like a good design.

Now with that out of the way...
I wasn't sure what the point of your site was. Is it simply to vote on submitted pictures? (I did see that most of the guys looked like underwear models for some reason ) Perhaps a quick blip about what you want visitors and members to do at this site would be helpful for dense people like me.

As far as the look of your page...
I love your logo! I almost feel like it should say "as seen on tv" somewhere. Neet job with that.

The rest of the page is pretty plain though. I like the orange gradient on the bottom links, but it does make the white links hard to see. Maybe make those links dark?
I'm not sure what to tell you to spice up the rest of the look. The colors are good, there just isn't much too it except some boxes.
I'd like to see you incorporate your logo into a background "box" for your content. I see a lot of potential to do something really fun here.

I wouldn't say your design is bad... I just feel you could make it even better.
