Right now it looks like a word file.</p> <p>Making a design is simple.<br /> Take an image editor such as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro and using it's tools create a layout like you want it to appear on the site. Then use the "slice" tool to cut it up and convert to HTML.</p> <p>You can even download templates from free sites and then use that as the base for your site.
