I think it looks nice. The only thing that really bugs me is the header. I think w/ a better header you'd have an awesome design. The lens flare is just annoying, and the rest of it is kinda boring.

Yes, text is too small.
Dull colors-put color in background and text.
Spread it out a little.
Put the stuff in the tags in a .css file (googlebots like it better like that)

New here, so bear with me if I don't review the same as everybody else.

Visited the site and looked around a bit, and do have a few comments to make.

I just get the impression things are too tight, too crammed together. A little bit of white space between the navigation links at the top and the rest of the page would be nice, even if it were only a single blank line to provide a little space.

I'm also bothered by the way some things in the sidebar completely overlap the darker blue stripe on the right side of the sidebar. For example, the more... or the {contact us}. A little more space, rather than bumping right against things might be nice.

Somebody else commented that the text was too small and hard to read. I did not find that, but sometimes people tell me that my text is too small and hard to read, so I may not be the best judge.

I like it, but the nav bar is a bit hidden. The banner looks slightly detached from the rest of the site because the bottom corners are rounded.

Not bad... the text is WAY to small though. Either use relative sizes or make it bigger by default.

Looks good, I'd make the navigation more noticable though. Your ::Useful Links is a bit off to the left.
