As banners4pennies said, it is illegal to discuss pricing in public. It could be considered price fixing which is illegal in the US and Canada and elsewhere. Generally speaking, talking about how much to charge is not done in professional circles.

One tip - when you set a rate, make sure to factor in things like taxes and business expenses. Sitepoint has a lot of good resources for freelancers so you might want to check them out.

praey, there isn't really a standard pricing guide for web development. each agency's specialty and experience varies therefore, it is difficult to set a fixed price. most agencies charge an hourly rate for everything that deals with web development. it can be $10 or $25 or $50 and so on. from this rate, they estimate the hours it would take to complete a project, add some more hours for unforeseen problems or delays, and multiply the number of hours with your rate and there is your project cost. i'd do some research on the various agency's rates that have similar abilities and experience as yourself and set your rate accordingly. i apologize for not giving you more specific numbers, but it is illegal for us to discuss that in public. feel free to pm me if you'd like to talk ...

good luck
