The first question I asked myself was, what was this site about, and it took me a while to get it. It's an free email site right?

The site looks kind of plain to me, I know you want to keep it fast loading and simple but adding gradients to the menu bars will make it look better.

I think the mouse looks cool, you should draw a shirt on the mouse and write "Welcome to hanz" on it, just and idea

Lose the mouse. The intro page looks great except for that cheesy (no pun intended) and distracting image. Really though it's a great intro page besides that.

That mouse. lol, Is incredible. I dont care if it doesnt fit with your site, whatever its about. I didnt get that far.

It syncs up with the song i was playing at the time too...daft punk's 'around the world'. He reminds me of Pinky

Your design of putting an animated graphic on the upper left corner is good. However, instead of a mouse, do you have any better animation? My acceptance to this mouse is neutral!

I think it's no need to put your email address at an upper top portion, this is an important position to draw your readers first attention! You should put something most interest to your readers there. The email address should better be relocated to somewhere else, eg. the lower portion of the page.

The upper right corner is too empty! I think you should shift the banner a little bit right or make it center aligned.

I think the site needs a lot of work.

The front page:

Create a better looking banner.

It is not immediately apparent how to get around on the site. Links are poorly and NOT clearly organised. I person should get on your site and within 3 seconds know exactly what it's all about.

Graphics are layed out poorly on the online games section.

The brick background is out-of-date style. People have move on and passed that stage of having weird backgrounds such as that, they can be distracting and it is.

Best way to for you to go is to imitate some of the best. Even go to Yahoo's game section and take a cue from them. Do not copy but just get ideas and then redo your site.

Being as critical as possible:

The design is ametuer - it's usually not a good idea to use rastered pictures as a background.

The mouse looks clipart-y and the banner (which is a pre-made, put your text here) looks like a banner advertisement.

It's hard to tell that "get one million hits free" ad from the rest of the links.

The links are hard to decipher. Put a break in between each one.

The only content that you actually have, or have created on your site are the anecdotes and possibly the email.

Being less critical:

I'm assuming that you are new to web design, so that's not bad for a first start.

You may want to try and use less pictures as backgrounds.

Also, I would work on creating an original banner, and seperate my links with a line break.
