Nice clean look. Your banner does eat up quite a bit of real estate. It may be feasible to try and reduce that a bit.

Your site looks nice for a traffic report site. I think the top image is too big and not good enough. Having regular type text in the top image takes away from the site. The top nav needs some work, or maybe it looks strange because half of the bar is empty.
