You have a lot of faults in your code, things like

and align needs to be in a p, div, in the td cell, tr cell etc to work
validate your code (w3c.org)

The reason it works in IE and not other browsers is because IE guesses what your trying to do where as the other do as you tell it to - you make a mistake, it makes a mistake ...

Dont use so much tables. Just use one table with many rows. Some of your tables you can convert to divs.

Take your css style out of your page and put it in stand alone file like main.css.
