Actually if you know how to design your website or a web page, this kind of webpage is very very easy to be done. So I think it will not cost you too much money to make such kind of template, I mean if a web design ask you for too much money for this template, you can turn to another web design, BTW, I am not a professional web design......*hint*

Something like a scaled down version of faceparty.com wouldn't take an awful lot of time. (ie, frontpage, member signup and admin, simple profile pages with pics and a basic member search facility).
