Personally I dont think your choice of colors distracts from your message at all. Your logo looks good but is a little far right. Since we read from left to right the logo is usually best centered or default left The only other thing i see that could be improved (and this is a pet peve of mine) is it is a good idea to stay away from fixed width. Let the browser decide the width by using % or percentage. You dont want too much side to side scrolling or even to have some of your content covered up.

Weedfree is not bad at all. Green colors are working well together. But the white background is maybe a little too lame compared to green, thought I'm not sure what could replace it. And I would remove that black border on right, somehow it seems to make a too strong divide between contents and background. Your logo is pretty nice. Like somebody told some pics would be great. And navigation is really a bit confusing, try to put as few links as possible to bottom.

Overrally, this is OK site with no serious problems.

The dropdown in meet the staff is ok but a list would probably look cleaner.
The links on the side and at the bottom are exactly the same (is there any reason why this would make the site easier to navigate?)

I don’t think that the green is out of place given the topic, but you could break it up a bit. The pages with pics are easier on the eyes.
Try bolding important words rather than larger fonts.
I hate frames! And I’m not real keen on dropdowns for links. But that is just me.
I’m not great with graphic but the logo looks to me like it was an after thought. I think it needs to blend with the page a little.
But overall I like it, a well laid out site.

In Safari 1.0, the border for the menu isn't long enough the bottom cuts over "links".

yes too much green. the logo is fine. a more concise and clear explantion of what it's all about is needed - first line - first page.

meet the staff is annoying thru use of drop down - have thumb nails of the staff u can click on.

layout is very nice. just difuse the green, more yellow and blue might be nice

For weedfree.net, I'd put that red colour on your banner on the site so there isn't too much green.

For Treepirates.org, I'd continue the background to the sculptures on both sides. Also, the gallery should have the same layout as the other pages.
