My host has had similar problems with AOL, they seem to have some half baked idea one report is good enough to block an entire server.
If you contact AOL, they will remove your block, but as soon as you send another email to them their software will block you again.
My host has been going around in circles with them for months and finally gave up on them.

Don't waste your time. AOL has a "report as spam" button in the email client. If more than a certain number of people click the link AOL block it for everyone. It doesnt help that thicko lazy AOL users click that button instead of unsubscribing properly.

We just don't accept AOL addresses on our mailing lists any more.

(AOL even block the digital reciepts that we send from our site!).
