I like it. I personally don't have a problem with the squareness. I think that it has a professional look to it... I didn't get much farther than the hompage because the finnish anoyed me...

Your alt tags especially on the cm-racing for the race car thumbnail should have more text. Tell the user that they want to click here and throw in relevant keywords to that page.

Yeah, flash isn't the greatest with text. You can do a fake drop shadow just by dupicating the text...

I thought yesterday's version was just long enough. The one today is almost too short. It takes a second to realize that that picture is animating. Especially with the fade in of the digits on there. So, the brain has to realize that it's animating first. Then it can watch the animation. With today's version the animation is almost over by the time you realize that it's animating.

Thank you Megan, I appreciate your comments. I removed yesterday version because I was afraid it lasts too long and somehow breaks overall feeling of a page. But if you liked it I still have to reconsider.

I tried to put white text to bottom of flash but it wasn't very easy to read and my bloody flash 5 doesn't want to put black edges on letters, no matter how hard I try.

Yes yes, combine is not very clear metaphora. But on the other hand, what is a good metafora for company that makes web pages? Many sites have a pictures of smiling people using computers. I guess it's OK. But do you have examples of different kind of themes?

You had a different one yesterday that I thought was better actually (with the white screen in between). It was more eye catching. Except the problem with the logo being on black.

With this one, it would be better if the text was at the bottom of the image, in white, and bigger.

I still think you should experiment with that photo more.... In general, I don't think it should be necessary to explain the metaphor to people. If you have to do that then you have the wrong metaphor.

OK, now I made revisioned version of my Flash bar. I hope it's now fitting better. I put some binary code to field which hopefully makes metaphora clearer. The text is still same: "We help you to get the best harvest on the Internet - no matter what your branch is". I'm hoping to get some feedback on this new version.

I love the wheat background! There is a big gap at the top in Opera too. Have you used margin padding?

Looking at the top Flash I too never would have guessed this is a web design site, but then I can't read the content to know if you've somehow tied in that theme either.

While I think it looks 'good', I think it could use something to punch it up a bit to make it look 'better'.

Hi, I'm kind of running around looking at all kinds of web sites and I find it hard not to be critical. I would never have guessed you're site was promoting a web design company. You're metaphora is way too deep. I think I would be more direct and display a bunch of exciting graphic designs and images you might expect a wide group of buyers to catch on to. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of content and I found the whole thing a little univiting. Personally I don't like the yellow and the text is a little monotonous. I like to see variations from the standard from page to page. I would have made the animated header sweep horizontally rather than vertically, the scene seems to go up into nothing, it doesn't take you anywhere. If you want to see what really not to do check out my site and it will make you feel much better Best of luck and Finnish hockey players rock!

"We help you to get the best harvest on the Internet - no matter what is your branch" isn't quite right, remove the 'is' to make it make more sense, or move the 'is' to the end, "... - no matter what your branch is"
Don't quite get what branch has to do with harvest, but ok.
