White text on a black background can be quite a vichious approch for people who are not expecting in. I was very surprised when I saw it. I was expecting it to be in bright, plain colours, related to Google.
It could do with a lot more content.

First up, whats your site about? The name made me think it would be funny things found on google but instead its all black with a BIG (97kb) top image with tanks on it. To most people tanks = war but war != funny.

Make use of the browser window, you only have two columns but have it spaced for 3. which also gives a horziontal scroll bar at 800x600.

The jokes, you need to seperate them, use a tag or something. also a link back to the top or another set of links down the bottom would be helpful.
The car page, ALWAYS use the width and height tag on images, dial-up users still out number other types of connections, also compressing those images wouldn't help, better yet offer thumbnails of them. It's very well throwing pictures of cars up on a site but how about some text to go with it? tell us what happened to the damaged cars, tell us the make and model of the cars ... that first car could be a BMW ? the grill looks a little like bmw but without the headlights hard to tell, the second a corvette

Ok, my post sounds really negitive. But remember its constructive critisism not site bashing.

1) On your links page there are no tables, well there might be but they don't show up.

2) You have .: next to nothing in your nav panel. Get rid of those. Only put them where you actully have a link.

3) For legal reasons, and because of the nature of your jokes your copyright should be something like this:

I would put it to be safe.

4) Make your pages uniform. On some pages your copyright is centered and on others its to the left or to the right.

Also, in your nav bar, some links, are not links. It changes from page to page. You may want to use PHP includes, or SSI. Or *gulp*cough*cough*frames?

5) Having a 100% validated site is something to be proud of! Put it centered under your copyright. If you can, try do edit it to a black bg.

6) If you want people to actully read what you write, use good grammer. You can use slang but make sure it's right. People get stuff like are/is and stuff liek that mixed up.

Along the same lines, punctuate and capitalize correctly.

7) On your jokes page, you could add titles to the jokes and then add bookmarks by those. And create a index at the top of the page. SO its easy to read and browse through. You could also add 'Go-to Top' links.

You could put your banner, nav, and content tables all in one big cell and center it for looks.

9) Instead of putting the huge pictures on the car page. use thumbnails and link to the big ones.
