Kyle, I think the guys looking for a turnkey solution (ouch how middle management am I sometimes?!)

Although it seems you're right, I doubt there is a pre-built solution for this problem and the only way to get what you need is to build something bespoke

You mean you want a database-driven website, using PHP to process it?

Then, the easiest and most common way, is to use MySQL- an open source dB system, that you can visualize as being similar to Microsoft Excel, in principle.

The data (text, links, etc) would be stored in this database, and PHP would be used to draw it out-- thats what those dB driven put-togethers are (PHP-Nuke, etc)

Ask your host, or look, to see if you have MySQL already installed on your server. If not, ask them to install it (if they want to charge, say no...it's OPEN SOURCE (http://www.mysql.com)).

I think I interpreted your question right...if not, ignore me. Hope I helped.
