    <description> &lt;p&gt;PSP8 can use most of the Photoshop plug-ins. Flaming Pear has some neat ones. If you&#039;re looking for tutorials there&#039;s tons of them out there. You may have to try a few variations of search terms in Google to get exactly what you want.
