Lets start with the obvious:

This is not good.

Secondly, as was previously posted, your site is far too wide. It should be ideally fluid (could be done easily through CSS) or at least no wider than 760px.

Thirdly, there are many spelling, grammar and syntax mistakes. egs:
"will prevent some one from fall into big dept"
"or a family man (or women)"
"When the kid come along the way"
"Money can help us to reduce any ‘pain’ that come to us"
"Therefore, I also will list down and accumulate many ways to cut down your expense."
"Why we should manage our money?"
This reduces the professionalism of the site immensly. You should definately get a good english speaker to read over it.

Fourthly, your markup (I know you don't do the HTML yourself, but anyway...) is not good. There are no tags, lots of uses of and your navigation is run through tags, should be

I'd strongly recommend you to get a web designer or at least a decent template; the site gives a bad first impression and seems very unprofessional.

The Good Points:
It is a quick-to-load site, and the content is easy to reach. The sitemap is also a plus.

As I said, a web designer wouldn't go astray.

It's looks ok, but it is rather plain. You may want to include an eye catching logo at the top instead of text for your website name.

The top banner seems like it should be aligned more to the left, or stretch out from the left of the page.

Text is clear and the links are pretty well laid out.

This has got to be one of the most boring looking sites I've seen around here. Now that you've got the basics of web design down, it's time to experiment. Learn to use some graphic design software. Learn to use cascading style sheets (CSS). They can go a long way in improving your design. Try experimenting with different colours and fonts. Add some punch! Also think about how you can liven up your text a little bit. It's straightforward and sensible, yes, but boring.

Also make sure your site fits into smaller screen resolutions. You'll want to design it no larger than 760 pixels wide.
