I am very intriged with your site M4T as it proves somthing that I've been trying to prove for quite some time now. This isn't the forum for this but it seems that your site have grown to a PR6 with no inbound links from other sites. Your PR seems to be all from links (Almost 3000) within your site.

Now about the review:

1. I think that this was mentioned before, but your site doesn't state its purpose, to the visitor on entering. What are you trying to sell? What info are you trying to provide? etc.

2. Your site looks very goecities like, which I tend to stay away from, you have a wealth of info on your site but you need to sell it better by improving the overall design.

3. I must commend you on the structure of the site as it's done brilliantly in my opinion. And I suspect that if you "sell" your content better, then you will have a lot more site linking to you and even more bookmarks, for return visitors.

4. Its somewhat ironic that a site with so much info would seem so "empty", I look at your site and see a lot of white space. you need to add some sort of border to "contain" the site, this will give the the page a nice flow, and direct the eyes of your visitors to where YOU want it to go.

First impression... whats it for? I clicked on England and got a map of england. All of the counties marked. but no further maps and many spelling mistakes for the cities...

You say your Web site gets a sixth place ranking in Google but you didn't say for what keywords. This is very important. You may be getting a good ranking for a keyword that nobody is searching for. This could be why you are not getting visitors. You should also try putting more descriptive titles on your pages.

If there is some reason why you can't or don't want to do this please let us know.
