Really scare their pants off, tell them to give up the domain name or you will sue for copyright infringement, if they are dumb they will fall for it.

I work for a registration company and our advanced search tool returned nothing as available. Why not get creative and register something like palmbeach-wow.com

Your definatly gonna have to think outside the box on this one. What does the company do? try linking that in, for instance if you make shelves try palmbeach-shelving.com or if you teach surfing consider palmbeach-surfschool.com

Put it this way... unless you have a lot of money to spend you won't have a hope in hell of getting palmbeach.com and punctuation is definatly out of the question.
