I suggest Mambo. It's got a good support community. User Friendly too. PHPNuke isn't secure and has many bugs. PostNuke is the better of the two, but it has an intense learning curve. Both are well supported with moduals and components. Definaly referance CMSmatrix.org. My favorite is Mambo, you'll be up and running in no time.

Well this site was suggestd at another forum... http://www.cmsmatrix.org/ It looks like a good place to compare even though it doesn't have ALL the CMSs available.

I'm intending on replacing TortillaBoy.com with a new site where the members can contribute more than just to the forum. Picture galleries, articles, chat, along with a good forum. I need to be able to edit the layout of course. It would also be nice to be able to supply members with their own blog.

Pmachine has a new version out that's more pricey but way more powerful.

I think the choice depends on what you need it for, really.
