Looks okay, a bit plain though. I would change the drop menu to when you choose your selection, it'll go the page right away, not when you have to click submit.

the drop down menu navigation - when opened up - opens behind your select make drop down menu so you cannot see some of the buttons.
There also seems to be a lot of links - with no specific structure.

You need to look at adding tabe cell padding in places as it is out of preportion.
