    <description> &lt;p&gt;I cloned ifriends.com for a client a few months back - took about a month and a half to write all the code, cost them a pretty penny too. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are many free java clients out there (even some flash) that stream your web cam. Run a free small chat client next to it and your in business, just replicate it behind a content management system.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However if ur looking a system like ifriends, I doubt you will find it as a whole package anywhere.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Im not 100% sure but i think you can do that in Java. I came across a servise onece that would take care of it for a monthly rate.&lt;/p&gt;
