Have to second people on the loading issue even for the entry page plus I really could not get past the first page. The redirection does not seem to work. Maybe you should also place a link on the main page to get manual redirects.

Takes way too long to load, many visitors would leave because of this. Navigation isn't great, scrap the world idea. Also, change Times New Roman as a menu font, doesn't work well. Forum looks okay, a bit light for my liking though.

Takes a while to load. You have the worst navigation I can think of. You have to put your mouse over it to see where it links. Nice forum though. And get rid of the status bar thing, it distracts the visitor.
