&lt;p&gt;What kind of mail servers, sendmail, exchange, lotus, etc. are you running?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In your MX record, you can set more than one mail server. Basically though it only makes one of the servers the first server that mail will be sent to, if that server is down or busy, mail will be routed to the one with less priority. It wouldn&#039;t however send it to both. It also wouldn&#039;t help with outgoing email either. You will have to come up with a way to copy the database from one to the other.&lt;/p&gt;
