I take it that is your own design and not a standard phbb one as I have seen many similar. If so it looks good, maybe a little too blue though. Could maybe do with a contrasting colour thrown in there somewhere.

nice looking board, but prob a bit too much blue for me, be interesting to see what sort of logo u will be using to blend into the semi gradient blue background.

please dont take this the wrong way , but have you thought about some contents like articles and tutorials etc.. it seems to me that forums are cropping up everywhere like mushrooms and a lot people seems to have the idea that "hey! i ve got a forum started, and a lot of traffic will come my way".
you are starting new so will need something that will attract and make people wanting to goto your site, otherwise you will wait a very long time be4 you will see a noticeable amount of traffic coming to your site.
i think you have a very nice domain name ( lol , bit cheeky in my opinion posting here ) , anyway i wish you luck .

Other than the header, the title is kinda repetitive. It says Webmasters Forum Forum Index. Could take out one of the Forum. Sorry just one thing that caught my eye and couldnt stand it.

Weird that you should post it here... but here's my opinion:

Definately get a logo like everybody else said. Get some dark lines going on there. That would look nice with the blue. Change the color of the adsense banner... Make it darker. Or take it away for the time being, and then when the site gets rolling, put it back on. Finally, you need to take away some of the forum categories for now. It's an aweful lot of areas for the small amount of members to go to.

Good domain name(how do you get it?). Good looking design, no logo though. Nothing more for me to say
