yeah me too but no it's a database... i have MovableType using it, PhpBB and some tables that i created myself...

My only complaint with 1and1 is the poo stats you get... but (shrugs shoulders) apart from asking them to improve em what can you do

I recently setup my Google adwords account and tried the promotinal code 1and1 gave me. I truly did get the $25 free. As I said earlier, so far I havent had any problems with one and one. I would reccomend them (at least the us version). They deliver everything they promise.

I personally use 1and1 the us based version. I am very happy with their service. No complaints with service or troubles with any thing. The even threw in a $25 google gift voucher for ad words when i signed up for hosting!

you can use the linux hosting on your windowa PC (I do).... with MySQL you have to be on the business plan as a minimum i think... and you only get one table... but (shrugs)

As i said i've had no problems with them at all. they are always helpful for me and i probably don't tax my server that much... i only have the business plan for the MySQL...

Andy, feel free to PM me the info on your company and the troubles you now of for 1and1... I'd be interested to hear... in all honesty I haven't looked at host scene in yrs... i could be getting royally ripped off so any info you've got i'm happy to read...
