You need to bring the shaded navigation area on the right all the way down to the bottom. Other than that some of your fonts tend to make the site look a little bit dated.

Hmm can't say much, your header is ok, not much there...
the rest is just Invision Board defaults so there isn't much to tell..
you should try to develop a new skin for it, so you have some unique look to it.
or a better sugestion might be to go with a portal site, that way you can have much more content on it, other than a forum...
