i like it, it looks simple, neat and i'm sure it serves the purpose well. Love the color combination and the navigation is perfect.

Nice, simple, clean, professional. Nothing major but to be picky with some minor things, I think the white text navigational images on the maroon backgrounds are too thin. They are hard to read (even on 800x600) and appears a bit choppy because of this thin width. Also, I wonder if it may look better if the maroon bars on the front page may look better if they went to the top and bottom. In other words, if there weren't white bars on the top and bottom. Even though it was intentional, it appears to me like a mistake that there is white space at the very bottom of the front page.

But since that was little picky things, I give it an overall thumbs up. Clean and simple is easy on the end user.

This looks really nice, very professional. It's hard to find anything wrong with it. What I don't like is that you're using graphics for your text navigation - this could very easily be done with CSS. Save some load time. The other thing is that there seems to be uneven amounts of space between the end of the content and the bottom navigation bar. That should probably be cleaned up.

I think the content should be modified to be more specific about what this company does. Maybe some photos would be helpful to illustrate what sort of "development" you're talking about here. The "Services & Practice Areas" page, for example, could refer to many kinds of development. It might be helpful for search engines to have text that gets more specific that way. What will people be searching for when they're looking for a company like this?

Check your page titles - I saw at least one "untitled document" in there.

It seems like a no nonsense site for a no nonsense business.

1) Graphics are aliased (stairstepped) on the "people" page. Unusual to use .pngs. At least I never see them. That's OK but maybe you should have used more colors or something when you made the Graphs?

2) Icon on the subpages should be a home link.

3) since you have several navigation schemes I wasn't sure which pages I'd visited and which I had not.

inside pages: the content is resizing at wierd percentages, the content gets smaller before it should

the white graphic links against the maroon are difficult to read, if you did this in PS, try duplicating the text to bring it out more.

Overall: good, clean and simple start. This is my kind of site, HTH
