I think you need to do a little reading up on logo design. A banner graphic does not make a logo. It's a complex relationship between fonts and graphics and the message you want to convey. Take a step back and think about the message you want the audience to get from your graphic. Study well known logos and try to put a finger on what they've done to get their message across with a timeless graphic representation.

Yeah I agree. But I'm not exactly sure what I could do to give it that feel.

I think I'll just stick the KitchenSink text in front of the lines and perhaps move the Sink To The Top backward.

Is it a bad thing that it forced you to read on? In some ways I'd have said it was a good thing.

On the logo, the "Sink to the top" stood out way more than the "KitchenSink", perhaps make it a darker blue and the Sink to the top lighter?

The logo to me did not identify the site to me as in what to expect. It made me have to read the text to find out what it was about. Keep in mind, that while this was possible, I went there specifically for that reason, others who are just browsing my want a simpler to understand logo.

Lastly, off what you asked for, be sure to check your site when you are done on differnet browsers and resolutions (especially over 800x600).
