Here is my 2 cents (or 10..whatever):

1. Completely disorganized, I can't tell what relates to what.

2. The layout is simply horrible. I'm sorry, but you should seriously consider buying a book on web layouts and design.

3. The page seems to go on for eeeeeeeeeeeeever. Try some links.

4. The colors on this site are visually offensive...my eyes almost melted off my face as I surfed thru. Try looking over some color scheme books.

5. Waaaay too many scrolling marquees. WAY too many.

6. baby blue on yellow simply does not work...

7. the text on the ABOUT page is really hard to read because of the background gradient colors chosen..

8. You should seriously reconsider the membership price...30 bucks!!! you know how many calls i can make on 1800-collect with $30??!?!? ... A LOT!

9."Otherwise Third partes are excleded from this show" - Spellcheck if you please

10. "partnerships " - Codecheck if you please.

Okay, I won't rag on you any more. One last thing however, please get rid of that toothless face .... its not even funny, just irritating. Give serious consideration to buying a book on web design, I'm sure it will help you out a lot and ensure your success later on down the line.

I like the thing at the top where it curves. but you need to work on the colors there is just to many.

I find the indiscriminate use of colour visually disturbing.

No, I wouldn't pay that much to subscribe.

I wouldn't pay ~~anything~~.

There are plenty of free humour sites out there.

I've made the changes that You suggested I make and thanks for your advice Guys, it was really helpful. Tried to change the colors but I'm not sure if they match or theý're good if you have any suggestions please you can do well to help me. About the pop ups, I'm working flat to get rid of them. With all that fixed, do you think I have a chance with the market I'm selling to. I mean would you expect any one to buy from me website considering the pricing and the general pre information about the Ezine I've given, am I doing enough or good enough to convert visitors to sales and all??? and are the pricces reasonable, 20 cents an issue??

Wow the colors! Green on red may be nice holiday colors, but my oh my i couldn't read it becasue it bothered my eyes too much. Then you have yellow/orange on a light yellow backgound. There were several areas where the colors just stood out, and to me, not in a good way.

The chart listing your prices is too complex, and why the different buttons for paying, is there a difference? To be honest, from what I see on that page, I wouldn't subscribe, there is just too much free humor on the web. If I did subscribe, will I still have to deal with the pop-up ads?

Sorry to be such a downer, but this site just does not agree with me. The colors and layout scream "newbie webmaster", and while everyone starts somewhere, it needs mastered before asking for payments.

Was the ment to be there? This led me to look at the rest of the code for the page... You have a call to javascript that is between the HEAD and BODY, not in one of those. Be sure to clean up the code when you are all done, ie:

The following also be cleaned up, there is a lot of unecessary tags (calling after setting a font size, several humorous@lycos.co.uk, yet on another page you list that you are an Incorporated company in the USA. This is something that to me, sets off a red flag, and would prevent me from paying if I was thinking of doing it otherwise.

Well I'll leave it at that for now, I did enjoy some of the content of the site, just needs better layout IMO.
