A generally typical but nice layout. Just a few nit-picky things though.

1, Centre the whole thing, having such a high resolution, there is a big empty grid on the right.
2, The text is incredibly small, as a generaly rule, I would use small text only in the footer, notes to user and "Back to top" links.
3, The title still reads "Untitled Document"

that's a very nice website you have going there...the colors and everything is nice...the only problem i have is the sizes of the links (icons) like the >company, >marketing, etc...oh, and also i actually had to move my mouse around to figure out which were links and which were not...like the bottom >marketing and >mediation

I didn't see it without the grid background for comparison but it didn't bother me. I like it. Good job. You mentioned you designed the logo - good job it looks great. Also, excellent branding job how every time you text write your company name you make sure to follow the same treatment as your logo with All-Caps Orange then Blue. Nice thinking.

Somebody already mentioned the vertical alignment on those four images at the bottom, and the fact that the page title is "Untitled Document" (page title is one of the biggest search engine things)

One tiny little ity bitty nit picky thing... my attention got drawn to that home logo. I think it's just not balanced with the other logos so it becomes a distraction to your content. Just make it an outline (no solid roof or window).

And maybe add a little space at the very bottom so your bottom nav isn't stuck to the browser bottom.

The only thing I see is the 4 small images (under marketing, new business development, client relations, mediation) aren't aligned the same. The two on the right are just a wee bit lower than the two on the left.

I think I would add a space below the bottom nav so that the text links aren't jammed up against the bottom of the brower window.

Yeah I posted this in Layout forum when it was only a Photoshop image.

I did design the logo and I am quite pleased since this was my first attempt at logo design. And I will try to change up the navigation and remove the checkered background. If I join all the navigation pieces together the idea of changing borders may no work well so I may have to revert back to the changin text rollover.

Didn't I see this without the checked background before? I think it looks better without it.

I think the mouseovers would be better if it changed to a solid colour rather than changing the border & text colour. Try making that orange instead.

I'm finding the text size to be rather small and hard to read. Otherwise this looks good. Did you do the logo? That's a good one. I'm always envious of good logo design since I'm terrible at it myself.

You've also got "untitled document" as your Might want to fix that.

I may take he Webmistress' advice and make the navigation one bar which will make the tables well under 770. That way I can use a left margin to take away the "cut-off" look.

I got no horz scroll when at 800x600 so the reduction of the table size will prbably eliminate that problem from all computers.

Also abou t the bottom tables...I want to make them links ans when you rollover the table it changes the background color. If I can't get that working I'll add "more >>" links to the bottom of the text.

I don't get a horz scroll bar at 800x600 but do get the left side hard up against the border (looks cut off) and a small gap on the right side beside the vert scroll bar in mozilla and IE6. mozilla gap is 2 background squares and IE is 1.5

You do have a small horizontal scrollbar at 800*600 though because your table is set to width="774" and the maximum you can have with 0 page margins is 770.

My only critisism is the top nav bar, looks a bit like they are all floating there and I think it would be better if it looked like one bar. Also I expected the four boxes with the pictures and text for the headings 'marketing' etc to be links in some way to those sections.
