Loaded quick on my cable connection...guess it varies depending in use though. May want to put something in the Latest Projects box (I didn't see anything there). In your announcement about looking for links, you may want to put a hyperlink there on the text. Cool looking sight. I wouldn't make the text any smaller...The last text box (Announcemet) appears to be in a lighter color -than the rest. It is also mispelled (Announcemet).

took a while to load on my cable connection...around 15 seconds. you might move the 'in the spotlight' box up so that it's more, you know, in the spotlight. i would try to make the banner smaller to fit the entire home page into a single view. or, you could get rid of the box around faq, contact etc. and save vertical space that way...put them horizontally along the bottom or something.

Not a bad site overall... seems to look the same in all browsers. It might be worth considering swapping your font tags and tables for layers and css.
