    <description> &lt;p&gt;Wow, that&#039;s a big question!  You&#039;re going to have to learn some photoshop, first of all.  Phtooshop will let you cut up the graphic into &quot;slices&quot; which you can then export as jpeg&#039;s or gif&#039;s and plug into an html page.  Photoshop will also create an HTML table to hold the &quot;slices&quot; but I wouldn&#039;t reccomend using it.  Their HTML isn&#039;t the greatest.  Then you&#039;ll need to edit the html to put in your links and text and such.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would reccomend that you look for some beginner photoshop tutorials or find a book on the subject.  Even a book on an older version of PS would probably be helpful.  I&#039;d bet that a lot of those template sites have tutorials on how to use their PSD&#039;s, so look for that too.&lt;/p&gt;
