I've got Photoshop CS also. Version Cue rocks, as me and my collegue often work on the same psd's.

I have version 8 installed. I havent really used it to the point where I have noticed or taken advantage or a new major issue. Although I have heard its easier to do things with the web now.

I just can't keep up with these Photoshop upgrades anymore! We're stuck at 6.0 here at work and I really don't see a huge reason to upgrade. The new customizable keyboard shortcuts would be nice to have though. Really, though, I don't use it enough anymore to consider upgrading.
