I have seen this site somewhere before and i don't have anything bad to say about it...i think it is very neatly put together and all the colors blend in very nice. very nice logo (header). Good job

Site looks very nice after it loads up. You should change all the page tables to have a white background color, so it doesn't load up all brown, then change to white when graphics load. Maybe conider change the left navigation link color to something else, since it almost too much of that color, if you know what I mean. Maybe try a darker color.

Ths site looks good and ranks pretty high on SE. It may be at the point where you need to do basic interaction testing, with users, and standard observation technique. This reveals actual information about users having problems, not opinions on asthetics and code. You may find, should you test, that going all the way through a buying task has certain problems looking at the site does not reveal.

It is also possible, depending on the problems (if any), the site may have to go in for old-fashioned promotion. That is an integrated marketing campaign ...physical mailings to qualified prospects. ...ad space in physical magazines. It might also pay to seek viable, logical, joint veture partners whose customer base is a natural tie-in to yours.

Using the web as part of a multi-part marketing strategy (the way they used to use media), each separate part can build on one another. Given a coherent overall strategy, this can get better response than seperate individual media.
