    <description> &lt;p&gt;use javascript (server side is run off server time) to capture the time when they sign up, compare it to GMT time and set their offset by how ever how many days, hours, minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
This isn&#039;t 100% it will display the time the person shows on their PC (which some could be way out, also some 12 and 24 hour clocks)&lt;/p&gt;
