&lt;p&gt;Things have changed a bit in the last few years. Win IE still can&#039;t resize pixel set font sizes. For accessibility, % or em is a better choice.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Also, use generic fonts for &lt;strong&gt;ALL&lt;/strong&gt; OSs I&#039;v found that most people just use fints from windows and nothing else.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Definitely don&#039;t use pts for font sizes in CSS.  That&#039;s the most unreliable method.  Try using ems or percentages.  I&#039;ve had luck with percent sizes but others would say ems are better.
