    <description> &lt;p&gt;As Suzanne says, there is no trick in DW you just treat it as a normal link and upload the files available for download as you would any other file.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Can&#039;t help with dreamweaver, specifically, but basically you upload the files to your site (likely through an ftp application or an upload feature in Dreamweaver) and then you make a hyperlink to the file:&lt;/p&gt;
